Sunrise Dolphin local fishing boat trip . (545 a.m - 745a.m approx $20-$30 per person )

Opportunities for gentle nature walks , snorkelling and swimming.
Gaia Oasis Ocean will hire / lend snorkel gear for guests.

Les Waterfall half day Outing - A stunning waterfall in a beautiful spot , about 30 mins drive from Gaia.

7.15 a.m-845 a.m - Flow style Yoga Practice
Gentle or more challenging options given, depending on you and your needs & experience :  Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga + pranayama and guided meditations in Gaia's shala space with ocean views. 

845/9 a.m - Delicious buffet-style breakfast together - Looking out to incredible ocean front views.

11a.m-12 noon : Guided Meditation/ Yoga Nidra/ Deep relaxation OR  Workshop​  : Chakra Yoga - Understanding the energetic self/ Ayurveda and How to step into your Dharma- Life's purpose (Soul's Blueprint )

1230 - Buffet style Delicious Lunch overlooking the Ocean.

130- 4pm - Free time to swim in the pool, read, integrate and delight in the surroundings, have a massage or treatment at the Spa, connect with your new friends .....or take the free shuttle  (15 mins) to Mountain Gaia (Abasan)
Swim/snorkel in the ocean .
Outing - : Balinese Purification  with ceremony / Les Waterfall etc
One on one Yoga/spiritual coaching opportunity if requested ( cost not included -If possible please book your session at the start of the retreat ).
