Stephanie is a passionate and experienced Yoga teacher with 10 years teaching experience, a qualified Yoga Therapist, and fully registered member of Yoga Australia.
She began her journey on the path of healing , in England - moving to London to study Psychology at University, with studies of Philosophy and Sociology
Finishing university with a BSc Degree ,she felt called to quell her curiosity for both travel and Spirituality, and undertook several intensive Meditation retreats, overseas and in Australia, which laid the groundwork for the depth , insight and experience in her therapeutic teachings today.
She has done numerous workshops, studies and intensive retreats learning many wonderful wise and experienced senior teachers such as Richard Freeman, David Swenson , Eileen Hall, Clive Sheridan and Sri Pralada .
Her studies and styles of Yoga include Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga , Hatha Yoga and Classical Yoga such as Satyananda and Sivananda Styles.
Ultimately seeing Yoga as a potential path for profound transformation, and a deeper and richer uncovering of our amazing Spiritual selves, our authentic nature - A self that is connected , calm , radiant and balanced.
Having completed her 420 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2009, she began to follow her dream of sharing this practical and yet profound way of achieving health, wellness and balance .
The following year she gained qualifications in Kids Yoga teacher training & began teaching yoga both to children, teens and adults and explored alternative healing techniques of Reiki and Theta Healing .
Stephanie has also worked for many years as a support worker for children & adults who have autism, cerebal palsy, and other complex disabilities.
In 2015 she completed 300 hrs in Yoga Therapy training in order to delve deeper into the truly therapeutic qualities of yoga , and to work individually with clients on a 1 on 1 basis.
Also teaching regular weekly classes at studio's around Sydney, Stephanie brings a focus on alignment and technique to her students, and infuses her classes with warmth, nurturing, joy and a sense of playfulness.
One on one sessions can range from coaching and helping to deepen your yoga practice, to working with the tools of Ayurveda ; utilising specific Yoga Therapy practises , helping to provide a holistic remedy for a many physical, mental, psycho-spiritual and emotional issues.

As a Teacher, but also on a personal level - i'm so grateful for the tools the practice and path has given me.
Around 15 years ago i met with several major life changes and challenges.........which led me to experience major imbalances withing my own body/mind/spirit .......... But discovering the healing power and therapeutic benefits of yoga, and committing to a regular practice of yoga, meditation and breathwork, I went from being stressed out and anxious, experiencing bouts of depression and insomnia......... to becoming a dedicated yoga practitioner (and then teacher ), feeling calm, centred, positive and joyful.
Like anyone else i still experience ups and downs of life, however - everything is experienced on a much more even keel....when you transform from the inside, the outside tends to balance out also.
Yoga and mindfulness practises have shaped the person i've become, and as a result my life has become more fulfilling, richer and harmonious.
It really is my mission now, that i can help empower others with the tools of Yoga..... to lead individuals back to that same feeling within themselves : Of strength, peace and feeling connected again, healing on as many levels as possible -
Life is a gift, ........and can be short..... why would we waste it on being sad or anxious, carrying pain or discomfort in our physical bodies...........when we can find a way to feel so much better - happier, healthier, stronger and to shine again ?
