Coming back to a balanced and happy self, to harmony and to a much greater sense of peace has been a personal journey in itself ,
I helped to heal myself through yoga............ and am so grateful for all the tools the practice and path has given me.
Around 15 years ago i met with several major life changes and challenges.........which led me to experience some major imbalances withing my own body/mind/spirit .......... discovering the healing power and therapeutic benefits of yoga, and committing to a regular practice of yoga, meditation and breathwork, I went from being a stressed out, anxious person, who experienced bouts of depression and insomnia......... to becoming a dedicated yoga practitioner (and then teacher ), feeling calm, centred, positive and joyful.
Like anyone else i still experience ups and downs of life, however - everything is experienced on a much more even keel....when you transform from the inside, the outside tends to balance out also.
Yoga and mindfulness practises have shaped the person i've become, and as a result my life has become more fulfilling, richer and harmonious.
It is my mission in life now, that i may be able to help empower others with the tools of Yoga, to lead individuals back to that same feeling within themselves, Of strength, peace and feeling connected again, healing on as many levels as possible -
Life is a gift, ........and can be short..... why would we waste it on being sad or anxious, carrying pain or discomfort in our physical bodies...........when we can find a way to feel so much better - happier, healthier, stronger and to shine again ?
