10.50- 12.15 : Hatha Yoga flow practice -all level appropriate
12.20 : - 130pm- Lunch in nature together - Delicious healthy food share
130pm- 2.30 pm- Ceremony/ Workshop
2.35pm - 255 pm - Guided Meditation/ Breathwork / Yin Yoga
255pm- 340pm - Sound Healing Journey by Tarsila of Crystalline Energy
