- Healing 40 minute Sound Healing Journey - this June we welcome the wonderful Yasco Sol Hamon, and her etheric voice and sacred Sound Instruments to deeply reset the nervous system. Bathing us in light frequency.
-Practices which help to release obstacles; clearing the way for better clarity- peace , ease and harmony in our lives.

10.50- 12.15 : Hatha Yoga flow practice -all level appropriate
12.20 : - 130pm- Lunch in nature together - Delicious healthy food share
140pm- 2.20pm- Winter Solstice Fire Ritual
2.35pm - 255 pm - Guided Meditation/ Breathwork / Yin Yoga
255pm- 340pm - Sound Healing Journey by Yasco Sol Hamon
